VIA 4009 in train 70 passing Bayview

Club Galley Car 4009 was built by Budd in 1947 as SAL 6216 becoming SCL 5201 in 1967, it passed to Amtrak in 1971 as 5201 till renumbering in 1974 as 6014. In 1984 it was obtained by the Bluewater Michigan Chapter of the NRHS who later sold it to Rail Sea Cruises as their 6014. It was temporarily numbered 187 until converted and refurbished by VIA in 1995-1996 when it was numbered 4125. VIA converted it to a club galley in 2000 and assigned it number 4009.
