Class 47/4 in early BR Green with red buffer beam. Brush type 4 1931 which was later renumbered 47493 on the down main approaching Southall on a Saturday morning in June 1972 with a train to the Plymouth Division.

It is preserved as 47701 at Tyseley Birmingham Railway Museum.
