Class 10 D3452 at Bodmin
Class 10 were built from 1955 onwards and are similar to class 08 except they are fitted with a Blackstone diesel rated at 298 kW (400 hp). They were considered a non-standard design and were early retirements with many going to industrial operators. D3452 was built by Darlington in 1957 and was withdrawn in July 1968 from Toton. It was acquired by English China Clay who operated ir for over 20 years and in March 1989 it passed to the Bodmin & Wenford.
