Ostrava tram system runs on standard gauge tracks and there are 15 routes
numbered between 1 & 19. All cars in service prior to 1997 were Tatras
built by ČKD when some low floor Škoda Astras were purchased and in 2002
an order was placed with INEKON for their 01 TRIO model. 994 was built by ČKD in Praha in 1987 as a T3SUCS and modernized to T3R.P in 2000. The evening sun catches T3R.P 994 as it heads along Nádražní ulice with a line 1 service on Tuesday June 28th, 2005. |
