Udine station is a junction on the Treviso-Trieste line. A line runs
northwards from here to Villach and Austria, southwards on a single track to
Cervignano and the non-electrified independent Ferrovia Udine Cividale single
track to Cividale. Udine has a large motive power depot with a variety of FS
