RLK 2211 switching in Stratford

The Goderich & Exeter Railway took over the CN operations in the Goderich area in April 1992 as part of RailTex and was then absorbed into RailAmerica. Headquarters of the G&E are in Goderich. 

2211 is an GMD GP35 built in June 1964 (serial number A2043). It was built for the Canadian Pacific Railway as CP 8210 and renumbered CP 5010 in 1965. In 1998 it was sold to RaiLink (Lakeland & Waterways division in Alberta) as RLK 5010 and then transferred to Ontario as RLK 2210. Renumbered to 2211 in January 2006.
