Budd RDC-1 IRSI 6128 (closest to the camera) was built in May 1953 (serial number 5817) as CP 9051. It was acquired by VIA RAIL in September 1978 and renumbered VIA 6128 in November 1979. It was sold to British Columbia Railway in August 1990 where it was intended to become BC-16 although it was never renumbered. It was sold to Industrial Rail Services in 2002 and numbered IRSI 16.
