| The TT is a metre gauge (39 1/3 inches) line which links Trento with Malé &
Marilleva.
It is electrified at 3,000 volts DC. In November 2002 the FTM merged with the
local bus service Atesina and the combination was re-named Trentino
Trasporti Spa.
The 2-car articulated units were built in 2005 by Alstom as a variant of the Coradia LINT design. They have a top speed of 120 km/h and seat 106 2nd class passengers. ETi 8/8 409 trails set 407 in train 12 (10:26 Trento to Marilleva) at Mezzolombardo on Wednesday October 18th, 2006. |
