The Graz-Köflacher Bahn und Busbetrieb GmbH (GKB) operates trains on a network to the west and southwest of Graz. The lines are Graz-Lieboch-Köflach and Lieboch-Wies/Eibiswald. They have their own station in Graz as well as using the Graz Hauptbahnhof.

VT 10.04 was built new by Uerd (Uerdinger Waggonfabrik, Uerdingen, Germany) in July 1955 (works number 60482) for the GKB. It rides on 2 axles both powered with a total rating on 220 kW, 295 hp and has a top speed of 90 km/h, 56 mph. It seats 61 passengers.
VT 70.01 was built by SGP in Graz (serial number 76502) in November 1980. It is rated at 470 kW, 630 hp and has a top speed of 90 km/h, 56 mph. The 2-car articulated set rides on 3 4-wheel trucks with both leading and trailing trucks having all axles powered in a Bo-2-Bo arrangement and seats 114 passengers
