SLB Unit 10 (Rescue Unit)

The Salzburger Lokalbahn is a standard gauge railway which runs from an underground station at Salzburg Hauptbahnhof northwards to Lamprechtshausen. It is electrified at 1000 Volt  overhead. 
ET10 was built by MAN in 1919 as a loco for hauling goods traffic on the Lokalbahn. It is a 4 wheeler rated at 126 kW with both axles powered by independent motors. In 1985 it was converted to a rescue unit and works with D803 generator wagon.

ET10 coupled to generator van D803 in its stall at Itzling Works on Monday May 12th, 2003.
