This locomotive was built by LEW in July 1970 (serial number 12546) as DR 110 264-9. It was modified in September 1984 and became 112 264-7 and DB 202 264-8 under the re-unification scheme in 1992. It was sold in February 2000 and renumbered 203 504-6 by Alstom Lokomotiven Service GmbH who hires locomotives to other companies.
