NEW MARITIME LIFE BENEFIT IDENTIFICATION CARDS
The Company will be issuing new benefit identification cards later this year. Continue to use the exiting
AETNA Card until the new Maritime Life Card is received. Once the new ID card is received, destroy the old AETNA Card.
NEW BENEFIT BOOKLETS
The Company is presently in the process of updating the Health Care Benefits booklets. The plan is to produce two new booklets. One for those retired prior to August 1989 and one for those retired after Aug. 1, 1989. The new benefit ID cards and booklet will be mailed to your home.
NOTIFY COMPANY OF ANY ADDRESS CHANGES
If you have moved recently or your address information on file with the Company is incorrect, you should take immediate action to correct this. Contact the Benefit Administrator at the location where you were last employed.
