CD Class 810 Photos

The 810 series are the most numerous of various types of 4-wheel diesel units. Originally introduced in 1973,  they have seating for 55 second class passengers and are capable of operating with other power units or trailers. They have a 155 kW, 208 hp diesel and a mechanical transmission which provides a top speed of 80 km/h, 50 mph.
The 678 standard gauge units were built by Vagonka Studénka between 1973 & 1982.
