Class 749 Bo-Bo Diesel Locomotive

CD class 749 diesels were rebuilt from 1992 onwards with electric train heat from the class 751 which originated in1965. Both classes are diesel electrics rated at 1102 kW, 1477 hp and have a top speed of 100 km/h, 62 mph.

749 261-4 heads a southbound freight through Olomouc station on Wednesday June 29th, 2005.
