Class 362 Bo-Bo Dual Voltage Locomotive

Czech electric locomotives with a 3 in the first position are dual voltage locomotives capable of running on 25 kV 50 Hz  AC or 3000 volt DC. Class 362 were created by modifying 363 locomotives with ex-162 bogies for higher speeds. They are rated at 3480 kW, 4665 hp on DC & 3060 kW, 4102 hp on AC with a top speed of 140 km/h, 87 mph.
362 119-0 was modified in December 2000 by fitting high speed bogies from 162 055-8 under 363 119-9.
