Class 130 Bo-Bo DC Electric Locomotive

Czech electric locomotives with a 1 in the first position are 3000v DC electrics. Class 130 was built by Škoda in 1977 as a development of the class 123 and the Slovak 125s. They use single arm pantographs and second generation bogies. They are rated at 2040 kW, 2735 hp with a top speed of 100 km/h, 62 mph.
This loco was built by Škoda in 1977 (serial number 6978) as E479.0005 and renumbered in 1988 to 130 005-2
