Class 122 were built by Škoda from 1967 and are rated at 2040 kW, 2735 hp
with a top speed of 90 km/h, 56 mph. They are a development of the class
121 with weight reduced by 3 tonnes to 85t and were intended for freight
work on the North Bohemian lines. There were 55 locomotives built. This loco was built by Škoda in 1967 (serial number 5566) as E469.2023 and renumbered in 1988 to 122 023-5 122 023-5 passes through Lysá nad Labem with a westbound freight on Sunday, September 9th, 2007. |
