ÖBB 1016 015-8 arrives from Innsbruck at Jenbach

The ÖBB Class 1016 locomotives were built by Siemens Krauss-Maffei Lokomotiven Gmbh in München, a subsidiary of  Siemens to operate on the DB & ÖBB systems at 15,000 V ac. There were a total of 50 built. They ride on Bo-Bo trucks, the locos are rated at 6400 kW, 8580 hp, weigh 86 metric tonnes and have a top speed of 230 km/h, 143 mph. 1016 015-8 carries works number 20363 and entered service in October 2000.

ÖBB 1016 015-8 arrives from Innsbruck at Jenbach on Saturday September 15th, 2001 with what is believed to be the late running train #IC 613 bound for Graz Hbf.
