 #31 has just left Paradise, PA and the junction with Penn Central in August 1978 as it heads its train to Strasburg. The PC electrification mast can be seen just above the locomotive.

Strasburg #31 is a 1908 0-6-0 switcher built for the Canadian National Railway.
