Coor's switcher C988 at Golden, Colorado

While scanning this photo I thought it was C989 again but this loco is fitted with only a single trumpet air horn.

This is an early EMD switcher switching at the Coors's Golden brewery in June 1987. Thanks to Keith who identified as C988 for me.
C988 was acquired by Coors in August 1981 from the Rock Island where is was numbered 550. Rock Island 550 was a SW900m built in January 1957 (serial number 23436) and is now preserved at the Colorado Railway Museum in Golden, Colorado.
