Capital Railway (O-Train) is part of OC Transpo transit authority and started operation with 3 Bombardier Talent 3-car units built in 2000 in Aachen, DE. The single track operation started in October 2001 on the CPR Ellwood sub and the line was purchased in 2004.

The 3-car units are similar to the Deutsche Bahn's 643 class.
