Dining cars

1973. While the train is waiting at the Canyon station and picnic grounds we have a chance to compare the two dining cars on the train. They were marshaled in the center of the train and the aluminum streamliner served the rear coaches while the ex-D & RGW heavyweight in maroon livery served the front passenger cars. Most of the regular passengers cars were ex-CPR.

Today, the train still runs and provides a wonderful day's train experience. Click here for the Agawa Canyon Train Website.
