The SOEG (Sächsisch-Oberlausitzer Eisenbahngesellschaft) is a 750mm (29
½ inch) narrow gauge steam railway which operates trains between Zittau and Bertsdorf with 2
branches to Kurort Oybin & Kurort Jonsdorf.. This view of Bertsdorf shows the loco facilities and the signal box. The line to Kurort Oybin runs to the left of the signal box and the branch to Kurort Jonsdorf climbs away to the right. Photographed on Thursday May 8th, 2003. |
