The SOEG (Sächsisch-Oberlausitzer Eisenbahngesellschaft) is a 750mm (29 ½ inch) narrow gauge steam railway which operates trains between Zittau and Bertsdorf with 2 branches to Kurort Oybin & Kurort Jonsdorf.

SOEG KB4i passenger car number 970 437 now used as a refreshment car was built by Waggonbau Bautzen in 1930. It was photographed in Zittau on Thursday May 8th, 2003 as the empty stock of train train 209 was moved to the SOEG sidings at the west end of the DB station.
