Hopewell Rocks, higher tide

Saturday  afternoon, August 22nd, 2004 at 03:30 pm Atlantic daylight time.

The tide has come in and completely covered the seaweed at the foot of the rocks. This view was taken partway down the stairs which run from the cliff top. It had been raining on and off that afternoon otherwise the kayaks would have probably been sailing around the rocks.
