Two rebuilt low short hood
GP9RM locos are seen working a short way freight past the Royal Botanical Gardens on December 22nd, 2001.
The lead loco is 4140 and the second is 7261 and they are headed for the
Hamilton yard. Two engines of the same class numbered in different series
and carrying different liveries. In 1990, 7261 was rebuilt and renumbered from the 1959 built GP9 #4349. |
